Saroong Atelier

A harmonious blend of tradition with modern versatility and craftsmanship in garments.

The atelier

Saroong Atelier works with Indonesian woven textiles (ikat, tenun and handwoven cloth) and cuts them into pieces made for today: strapless tops pieced from contrasting weaves, easy skirts, shawls that move with you, and dresses finished with woven detail.

Every piece is made to order. When you pre-order, your garment is cut and sewn for you by the atelier.
